Preformed a Registry Update provided by Microsoft Support. Removed Office from the PC and Reinstalled. Ran Office Repair this seems to fix it but the issue returns after a week or so.Ģ. It has been a mess trying to work with them.ġ. In fact it took over 2 weeks to get them to even acknowledge we were customers and entitled to support that we had purchased with our license agreement. Microsoft Office Support has been totally ineffective in helping us with this issue. Office will give an error that it is not activated or an error that says "The Trial Period is Over, Please Activate your copy of Office". When we install Office on a new PC it appears to have installed and activated just fine and the end user will use Office with no problems for about 2-3 months then the problems start. We have a volume license for Office 2016 Standard with about 700 installs.Ībout 30% of our PC are behaving as described below.
